Cultural Arts Office's Leadership Training

Congratulations to the new Executive Board (EB) Members

Congratulations also to the new set of EB of LSDC- Jazz!

ñaranda
Division Manager-Documentations: Marian Chavez
Division Manager-Marketing: Monica Villarica
Division Manager-Finance: Nadine Baligod
Division Manager-Production: Precious Valenzuela
L-R: Gayle, Cams, Mon, and Pre

The first part of the LTTS
was tough and a bit boring
but I know it would all make sense
when school starts. :)
I also made new friends
during the overnight stay
at Ciudad Christhia (San Mateo, Rizal).
They are so nice and approachable. :)
Regards to my roomies: Jas, Kathy, Cee, and Krizia. :)
Thanks also to Harlequin Theater Guild (HTG),
esp. Dal and Carlo,
for entertaining all the groups. :P

Unfortunately, not all were able
to complete the 1 week training. :(
They've missed a lot- fun and important matters.

Good luck to all the groups!
May we all have a wonderful year ahead. :)

So Close

I feel so depressed
because this is the second time
I am not able to make it to the Dean's List.
How unlucky.:(

Last time I missed it by 0.17.

My 3d term this academic year was very painful and unforgivable.
I only needed 0.05 to make it to the Dean's List. :((

Here are my grades for the 3d term:
4.0- highest grade
1.0- passing grade

Evaluation in Early Childhood Education
-> 3.5

Assessment Learning 1 -> 2.5

Curriculum in Early Childhood Education
-> 3.0

Technology in Early Childhood Education
-> 2.0

Principles in Teaching 1
-> 3.5

Introduction to Literature
-> 2.0

Field Study 5
-> 3.5

Educational Research
-> 4.0

On a good note, I got the highest grade
for EDUCRSC (Educational Research). :D
From my midterm grade which is 2.5, it went up to 4.0.
Weeee :D
Mind you, this was the hardest subject I had last 3d term. *wink*

Goal next academic year (my last year in college):
included in the Dean's list + one of the best action research/thesis

Blank.

I'm so sorry for the wrong things I've done. ='(

All I Want Is You Today

"Some things never change
Some things will remain
Yet I always hope and pray
That I could change that day
And maybe find a way
To make you come to me and stay ...

Chorus:
Yesterday doesn't matter
Tommorow we may not ever know
So listen to me now
As I try to say
That all I want is you today ...

If you only knew
What you put me through
You might not have gone away
Have you ever felt
Even for a while
Something's missin' in your life ...
(Repeat Chorus)

All I want is you today
If you don't need me anymore
Don't say it
If you don't love me anymore
Don't show it
Because this life I have is short
So maybe you could try
not to love me again
...

Chorus 2:
Yesterday doesn't matter
Tommorow I just might be gone
So listen to me now
As I try to say
That all I want is you today ...

All I want is you today ... "

Happy 18th Birthday, Maxine Schrijvers! :)

Happy 18th, my dearest! :)

You look so happy now
and I'm glad you are, finally. :)
Be strong.
I'm always here if you need help.
I'm proud of you, Max. :)
You have done more than
a typical 18 year old teenager can do. :)
Heads up, gurl! :)
I'm sure Auntie Mary Anne is so proud of you, too. :)

I miss you!

Thank you for inviting me. :)

Sporty Orange

I fell in love with a Nike Dri-fit Sports Top yesterday.
Seriously. :))
Everyone knows how much I love color orange.
And yesterday Nike released their Summer collection of sports bra.
OMG to the Z. :))

My eyes almost popped out
when I saw it.
It's a bit expensive though.
BUT I am starting to save my allowance now. :D
I am so excited. Haha!
I love it super much :D

* Too bad I do not have pictures of the sports bra.
* I'll just post photos when I bought it already. ;)

Billy Belly

I finally had the guts to have my belly pierced!
It happened so fast.
Jay and I went to Robinson's Ermita to watch a movie last Sunday
and suddenly... :D
Really, I don't know why it crossed my mind again.

Actually, I was very nervous at first, but I was so determined that
I did not want to back out anymore.
Apparently, it doesn't hurt.
The long and thick needle, I mean. :))
I can still remember Jay
did not want to look at me and my navel during the process.
He was also scared. Haha
Btw, Jay was the one who picked the earring.
Super cute in person. :)

Hell Week Is Finally Over

Oh yes, you read it right. :)
90% of what I have to finish this term is done already.
Yipee! :D
Check out my checklist.

Mock defense for Educational Research class

Finally, I can breathe.

It was hard but I can proudly say, "My partner and I made it!"

We just have to make minor revisions in our research paper

and we're 100% done.

Group presentation for Assessment Learning 1

Thanks to my groupmates. :)

Everyone worked efficiently

even if we all have to do a lot of things.

Comedy play for Introfuction to Literature class

I was one of the lead characters. =/

Thanks Todly for believing in me.

Professionalism is the key to a successful

stage play, right Todly? ;p

Oh well, I'm sure "she" realized that by now.

Observations for Evaluation in ECED class

One of the best experiences happened

in this class.

I was able to experience observing

my own cousin and nieces.

Make running records, ecomap, checklist, and the like :D

I love this class.

Paperwork (every subject :<)

Type, type, type

Click, click, click

The thought of it gives me headache. Haha!

Anyway, I am still glad that I was able to finish 85% of it. :)

I am so happy :D

Reward to myself?

Going to the beach this summer. Weee!

I cannot wait any longer.

I need to get a good tan ;P
