Awesome Sunday With You

It has been one hella week for Jay and I,
but we still managed to unwind a bit. :))
We ate lunch, watched a movie, and went to the salon.
Not our typical Sunday.
Hahahaha

So anyway, we did our hair at Vivere Salon.
The best place to cut and treat your hair.
It is not that expensive as compared
to other salons around Manila and the people there are super nice. :)
I decided to trim my hair since it is near my waist already
and Jay dyed his to get ready for Remix'09.
He also trimmed his hair to get that extra oomph. ;p

Our stylist, Peng, putting wax on Jay's hair

And me waiting for Jay :)

After our salon treatment, we watched a movie- Fame.

This was recommended by my good friend Monica. :)
This movie is a remake of Fame 1980 version
about the life of performing artists.
Such an awesome movie!
I want to recommend this most especially
to my co-performing artists in DLSU.
You'll be inspired, swear. :)
This movie really tells the life of
performing artists like us
and how much we love what we are doing.
In this movie,
you'll see every drama behind success,

tears before improving, and
trials before achieving the goals.

Here's one of the teasers of the movie:
My favorite scene where Marco
played the piano and sang "Try."

And my favorite dance performance- very sexy modern jazz. :)

This is really a nice way to release stress. :)
I enjoyed every minute of it.
Thank you so much, Jay. <3

20th ♥

100th blog post.

Happy 20th month, my one and only!

We have been tested by time
and we have proven, not just to us but to everyone,
that WE ARE STRONG.
We have reached that level where we trust each other
more than enough. <3

Thank you so much for an awesome breakfast + dinner
and what else? SHOPPING!!!! :D
Well, actually, you did, not me.
That's the first noh? Haha!

And thank you for always being true.
Time flies so fast.
I can still remember the days when you used to call me
"princess."
That was like 2 years ago right? Hahaha
And the day we first held hands in SJ Walk...
I remember you were so proud because finally,
we're officially together and here we are,
celebrating our 20th month, still HH and "perfect fit". <3

I hearts you, love! ♥

Don't Worry

Just when everything is running smoothly,
an unfortunate event would come in.
How great is that?
I just hope that that person has a good heart.
Please, God, hear our hearts out.
I know that that person has a good conscience.

I feel for you.
You know what happened to me last summer. :((
Don't lose hope.

I'll be here.
Hugs! >:D<

18 Months With You <3

Happy 18th monthsary, Jay! :D

"My tears, like the rain, have stopped.

All of a sudden life turned clear and bright and happy."
- Freda Jayme

1 and a half years of everything with you
is something I want to continue until we grow old.
I would forever cherish the
adventures we have gone through,
lessons we both learned,
and simply,
the times that we would just sit in Coffee Bean and talk or read.
They are all here in my heart.
Thank you so much for sharing and believing.
You may think this is impossible,
but what I feel for you has never changed
since the day I said yes.

I love you, Jay. <3

Happy 18th Birthday, Mardi Cuaresma!

One of my college friends celebrated her
18th birthday last Saturday at
Isabelle's Garden in Las Pi
ñas.
Ugh, I feel so old already. Hahaha

So ok, Jay and I were 2 hours late. :(
So sorry, Mards.
Good thing we were able to catch
the second half of the program. Hihi :)

I loved the performances of the debutante
and the food was also good.
Thank you so much for inviting us.

Baguio Trip with Jay

Baguio Trip: May 22-24, 2009

12 years has passed since the last time
I visited the City of Pines.
I actually can't remember some of the places
my family and I visited.
A few maybe like...

Baguio Cathedral

Burnham Park

Mine's View Park

The Mansion

Wright Park

Horse-back riding at Wright Park

and of course, who would forget...
Camp John Hay

These are the places that I can't forget

when I went to Baguio 12 years ago.
So many things have changed.
The city is now commercialized and modernized

by the city mayor.
It is not the same city-on-top-of-the-mountain

that I always remember.

I still love the place though.
I love the weather, the people, and the ukay-ukay.

Here are the new places and new things
that Jay and I went to and tried out:

Baguio Botannical Garden

Igorot costume at Mine's View Park

Picture-taking with St. Bernard dogs at Mine'sView Park

Strawberry Taho at Mine's View Park

Baguio City Market

SM Baguio

Butterfly Sanctuary

I will never ever forget this trip.
Everything is just so beautiful and wonderful.
Thank you so much Jay. ♥
